“I had a can of this in a restaurant and really liked it. It’s not too vinegary, it’s not too sweet and it’s just a rather nice grown up drink. I then did a little bit of research and discovered they were very local to me. I also appreciated their ethical approach. I immediately purchased a case of 24x cans to substitute for glasses of alcoholic wines in the evening - it works. When I get to thinking it might be wine-o’clock, I have one of these instead and the need for alcohol seems to vanish. So, I am a definite convert and while I am always up for anything with Ginger and Mango, I think my next move will be to explore their other flavours with one of their “mixed cases”. My recommendation is: forget any past experiences with Kombucha - this is different so, give it go - you might like it - I think you probably will.”
