“I only learned about Counter Culture after attending a Kombucha Tasting at The Functional Drinks Club in Otley near Leeds for my birthday last month. I was blown away by the quality of the drink and, being told about the great health benefits of the 4 K's, decided to try and included at least one into my diet. I have since drank at least one can per day (in place of my previous red can, sugary drink of choice) and am actually feeling some benefits. I am not sure if it is a placebo effect as it's still early days but I am sleeping better, less groggy when waking and my digestion.....I won't go into too much detail, but has improved. For the tasting we tried 8 different brands and this is the one I would say most resembles a 'normal kind of drink' taste. Not vinegary but refreshing. 100% recommended.”
