“I had put an impregnator sealer on the porcelain tile recommended by someone and it was still really hard to get the dirt off of the floor. I was told it might not accept another sealer but I figured I would try anyway. I purchased the High Gloss, wet look, sealer and it looks great. I used an extra amount since a sealer was already on there. It is taking longer to dry (probably because I went overkill) but it seems to be staying on really well and it looks great! I don't know how it will do long term since I have the other sealer on there, but right now it is wonderful!”

Lessons learned:
Very hard to see when applying
Will show any and every single blemish
Took 40 hrs to dry to walk on
Don't walk on early. Will leave prints.”
