GlazeGuard Ceramic & Porcelain Tile Sealer - High Gloss, Wet Look Finish Reviews

4.2 Rating 10 Reviews
Was unable to find actual ceramic/porcelain tile sealer, but kept digging online through the repetitious big box stores until I found your website. I used it to put a nice gloss on my stone effect shower walls. Followed instructions no problem. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to make it a little easier for residential customers to find you. Thanks.

No one should seal their porcelain tile. I didn’t know that. I bought the glossy sealer It was the worst thing that I’ve done to my floors. I thought this product will protect and help me with cleaning unfortunately it was the worst thing ever it left the roller streaks. It was very ugly. I had to remove it. I tried to remove it. It was very, very, very hard work. I had to hire people Pay them. Those professional sealer removers were stunned of what kind of product this was I lost a lot of money and still there are patches of the sealer. It says it’s a product that last but also you have to mention somewhere that it’s impossible to remove. I would give you -5 if I can so. I’m very disappointed.

I had our shower sealed by a company 2 years ago and it did not last very long. I am happy with the results of this sealer. It was really easy to install

The tile in our beautiful walk-in shower is 22 years old and was beginning to look worn. I pre-treated the floor tile as instructed. Then applied two coats of High Gloss combined with Anti-slip additive. The tile looks brand new and has an amazing shine.

We purchased expensive Italian porcelain tiles for our entrance hall but made the mistake of buying a tile with a matt as opposed to a polished finish. The wow factor just was not there. After extensive research I discovered the Cover Tec product range and with no comparable product available in Europe, -we live in Ireland - I purchased online from the USA. The result was beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend this product. Instructions are very clear and the application is very straightforward. Waiting 12 hours for the drying process pays huge dividends as you inherit a beautiful shell gloss finish that is not only robust but very asthetic.

After 3 months its peeling. I really didn’t expect that considering the reviews but yes mine is definitely peeling from my porcelain.

The product looks fantastic on my floor! However, be forewarned it took over 30 hours to dry enough to walk on it with socks on. I would say 48 hours to be completely dry. But customer service was great. They returned my calls promptly and helped me. I was so scared I had done something wrong but for some reason it was a longgggg drying time. It is definitely a wet look!
