We have tried the sample of Glaze Guard plus and we understand the texture , for the anti slip but it isn’t for us . We also tried the sample of Glaze Guard Gloss and we found it a little too shiny with glare . The one we love is Glaze Guard Satin , it still gives us the wet look and brings out the colour of the porcelain tile ! With Charles recommendation of the surface preparation , cleaning products and etching we feel confident in moving forward with your cleaning , etching and sealer ( one gallon ) of your product . Unfortunately with the shipping and Canadian exchange rate it may be outside of our budget . Can you please forward me a quote for the cleaner , etcher and Glaze Guard Satin porcelain Satin Sealer ( 1 Gallon ) for 200 square feet . You have been amazing with your service and follow up with our project . Hopefully we can place an order with yourselves ! Mark & Sue Recksiedler

I really like the product and I use it on the projects I have left. After using Glaze Guard I found you have to be careful when using brush application. I found you have to work fast and flow out the product or you will leave brush marks.

Hello Bill Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for sharing your experience with our GlazeGuard Gloss Sealer. Your photos and advice on using a brush are really helpful, and it makes it easier for other customers to decide what to do. We appreciate your tip about working quickly so you don't get brush marks. A roller usually works best, but if you need to use a brush for small areas or projects, black foam paintbrushes are a good choice. Your ideas help everyone better understand how to use GlazeGuard. Thanks again for the feedback

I installed a matte finish porcelain tiles in my house. It looked beautiful until I found out how hard it is to clean and was shredding my mop to pieces everytime I mopped leaving me to then sweep up cottonballs. Your product works like magic. I lam so very happy with how it turned out. Followed the simple instructions and man it paid off. You have a customer for life and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you all for an outstanding product.

The sealer behaves very differently from most sealers in the market. Our contractor had put the responsibility of providing the materials for the floor sealing on us. He did not realize that our selected one would behave so differently. The packaging did not do a good job warning about how different it behaves. The contractor ended up leaving streaks all over the floor. We ended up removing the sealant and then putting on a new one. The process of removing the sealant was also very hard where multiple contractors gave up first. It took 2 days to remove the sealant for an area ~150sqft and costed us $1000 of labor.

I'm sorry for the trouble you experienced with the sealer. Our product, GlazeGuard, is specifically designed for ceramic and porcelain surfaces and requires a roller application, as mentioned in our detailed labeling, literature, and instructional videos. You shouldn't use a standard sealer if you want a long-lasting seal for ceramic and porcelain tile. From your picture, it looks like the contractor did not follow directions, the product was applied incorrectly, and more like a floor wax. That is probably why you got streaking. Seeking advice from our technical services team could have assisted in the proper removal process. We appreciate your feedback and hope this information helps other customers in the future.

Tried a first coat on a honed tile. While a gloss sheen wa present, it wasn't sharp. Going to try a second coat
