“This is the third time that I have used the Glaze Guard Sealer. I had some prep work to do before reapplying, but it was time well spent. This product lasts and lasts all while holding its intended shine. I really like this product. Once it is applied, the grout lines remain looking like new. Awesome product !”
“I love this sealer. It performs as expected. This job here was very tedious because it has a lot of lippage. In addition, these tiles are not flat, they are slightly domed. You just couldn't run your roller. I had to cut in each tile and then roll it to assure full coverage. My point: I definetly over worked the sealer. End result: The floor came out bueatiful. Homeowner is very happy.”

“The satin sealer is extremely difficult to apply and get an even coating that doesn't show shiny areas. I found The best application is to mask off smaller areas breaking at the grout joints and get total coverage of the material and then finish with only the pressure of the roller and go only in one direction and do not try and touch up small areas without rolling the entire over again. I love the way it looks giving my flat tile a slight sheen and enhancing the color just wish it applied easier”
