I was leary at first because I've never done work like this before and some reviews spoke about their problems applying the product. i was doing my bathroom floor, 4' x 10'. So I read the instructions several times, had a clear idea in my head on how to proceed and decided to go for it. I thoroughly cleaned the surface and guessed how much product I would need. Got all my painting tools ready as well as the clean up material and mixed up the sealer. I used a small microfiber roller and after mixing the sealer I began rolling behind the toilet first. When rolling it, small bubbles would appear everywhere and I paniced a bit thinking these little air bubbles would pop and harden as little craters on the surface. But, I had faith and kept going because I didn't want my mix to dry. I used a brush on the edges and roller in the middle of the bathroom floor. I would check back once in a while to see if the sheen was even or that any spots were missed. I reapplied to any areas in doubt. I completed the floor, clean up my tools and shut the door to prevent any dust from blowing in. The floor used to be a flat shale colour and always appeared to be dusty and drab looking. The next day I went to visit the results and was very pleased! The floor now had a nice sheen and was easy to wipe clean. It wasn't slippery. It felt and looked good. I was prepared to do a second coat but it wasn't needed. I used way less product than I thought and now I have enough left of my original quart to do an entrance way twice the size of the bathroom if I choose. Hope to see it last for years.

It looks beautful, it was pretty easy to apply. I live in Arizona and it was getting pretty warm when I did the last countertop and it did not smooth out as much, but I am the only one to really notice it. So far it seems very durable and provides great prtection for my beautiful tile. I only used the GlazeGuard on the decorative tiles not on the Satillo Tiles. I am very pleased with the result and I will look to GlazeGuard whenever I need to protect a serface.

Made the tile look great and feels much smoother than a typical penetrating sealer. Have to mix correct, but then goes on very easy with a roller.

A beautiful coating that sealed tile and grout. The floor now keeps its shine, no dingy grout, no dull floor. Love this product.

I used this product in a bathroom over a painted tile floor. So far I am pleased with the results and am optimistic for a long durable wear. It was very easy to apply and the directions would easily understood (I opted for 2 coats). One suggestion: I was unsure how much of the additive to include in each batch of mixed coating. I just guessed and my result appears suitable, but that clarification (given the clear 2:1 ratio of the other two components for a mattt-finish floor) would be helpful.

Thanks for the review and we are so glad you are happy with the results. Looks like we need to make the mix ratio information jump out more on the product label.
