“It went very well. A bit glossier than I would have wanted, but a flat finish would not have worked. I had used the sample kit before, and it did amazing things. This time the B solution came with some solution spilled on it (I think from another package in the shop--not this one). I had to use a razor knife to cut open the container. But it worked well, as it did before. I did spread it on more lightly than before. (I think I used too much before.) I had enough solution to do the job. The floor looks nice.”

“The advice to add 2 capfuls of water to the mixture was really helpful in making the application go on smoothly. We found that in our small space, a foam brush gave a much better result than a roller or traditional paintbrush. The satin finish was much shinier than I expected; in retrospect, I'd go for the flat finish because I think it wouldn't show as many imperfections in the application (you weren't kidding about cleaning thoroughly). But our once rough as an emery board floor is now easy to clean--thank you!”
