“There was some damage caused by the builders bobcat rubber tracks and stains from it also on the pad I got some of it up but short of grinding which would add another 5k I'm happy with the results”

“Easy to apply. The results were fantastic. It did take care of those stubborn stains I had. It's a must use prior to sealing.”
