I had no problem with the quality or value for money, just not for me.
I took it back to Bundall and Kylie swapped it for my preferred F20 AirTouch foam system.
The service was excellent and proves the old saying - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!”
“I’ve been using the F30i for a couple of weeks. Previously using F40 and before that F30,F20 after changing from my initial N20 mask. There’s less air leakage (I have a light beard and moustache and leakage has always been a problem). This setup works well for me. I’m a back and side sleeper and the F30i is less bulky and with the air connection at the top there is much less tendency to be displaced so less leakage. Finally, I tried another similar setup a few years ago to the F30i, different brand, but quickly developed a skin irritation under the Headgear, bilaterally, where it ran across my face.

“My mask is really good, but the plastic on my headpiece (the attachment to the mask) snapped. I don't know if this is from me veing too rough when disengaging it, or an issue with the product. I am more conscious of it now w, so. Trying to be a little more gentle. Watch this space.
It did last several months before it became an issue, so I am not overly concerned. The design is very user friendly compared to having the air hose attached at the front of the mask.”
