Your customer service is excellent. I had problems with my original purchase but the staff was extremely helpful in getting it fixed. The only criticism I have is that the product could have been checked more thoroughly initially to prevent it from being sent in a defective state. Thanks for your support though, and hopefully things continue to improve!

I put so far about 15 full days of skitouring on these guys mounted on some 182 Fischer Watea 106 and they work perfect. they are light but still sturdy as fuck. I skied with them deep powder, icy and steep couloirs, variable snow conditions and every ones in a while groomers just to slack into the country and I never got disappointed. I also got the heel pads which add a little bit more stability and trust on these filigree pieces of high end engineering. I definitely highly recommend these bindings to everybody who is looking for a lighweight and powerfull binding for skitouring and mounaineering but if you wanna rip the resort better get a second setup with some solid downhill bindings.
