First new touring rig in a few years , predominantly tele-toured for fun and guided on Fritchi Daimirs (Clunky) , So , my first experience with tech style bindings and stepped right in and go first tour , NO PROBLEMS ! , easy to get in and get out , easy to shift modes w/o taking off skis and super solid feel connection to ski.Now granted that's one short tour and there's lot's more to come BUT first impression was great. The heel piece is a little stiff to get out of , a wispy little carbon fiber pole will not be a good tool to unclamp them....not really a big deal (my battered old Smith Poachers worked fine ,they bowed a little gettin her done ).Climbing plugs were easy to flip and solid. I'll update in a few months
