“The handle is great! It fits the mandrels snugly, and it's nice to form and place on drying rack without changing mandrels... but I can't do that because the mandrels themselves require alteration. The sides of the mandrels are a straight sided cone... and the rounded end is abrupt. I have altered one of my 24 mandrels into a more graduated curve on the side of the cone... and a double bevel on the end to be less brutal in the tube forming process. It works great for forming... now I only have 23 more mandrels to adjust. But, the handle is great!”
