“i bought this reed for my daughter for her Oboe. I initially had some issues with the postage as I didn't receive it when I thought it would come because i had the spend over £20 and get free postage so I called the office and the gentleman who dealt with me was very courteous and offered alternative options but the reed arrived the next day and in time for her lesson (which was my worry). So far she has been using the reeds and says they are pretty much as good as the Howarth ones and she likes them too!! Happy customer”
