Thanks for your feedback. I have looked into this and it seems on the 12th of Nov, we sent you an email advising the status of your order. It says:
"Thanks for your order. When our staff went to look and pack the tip the scales socks they can't find them. I'm sorry.
We can place a special order for however since these are from the UK. It could take two weeks to get them in. Would you be able to wait or would you like a refund?
"
Did you see it? Probably went to spam I would suggest checking in there. You'll have the socks by Friday.
