“These items were a gift, soon to be bride, lives in Australia, so I do not know how they fit, feel or preform. I would have hoped for a discount on the items I purchased, considering delivery fell short of expectations, especially the condition of the overall package. The gift box was a nice added incentive for me to purchase from your company. I now have to provide a gift box on my own which takes away from the value. You offered me a discount for future purchases, though I will not order from your company again. Thank you anyway!
