“So, I purchased one of these sleep shirts for my wife... she likes the feel of the fabric, and it looks good on her, but it turns out I bought it a size too large. I wrote back to Dagsmejan to see about exchanging it for one that is a size smaller, and they said that they would, if I would pay to ship it back to Europe. I checked the price on the shipping, and it would have been more than I paid for it in the first place. So, we decided not to exchange it.
This is a problem for North American customers.”
Hi Thomas, thank you for the feedback! At the moment we unfortunately don't have free returns from North America however we are working with our distribution partner to introduce this in the future!
