“I am often cold at the beginning of the night, so I would wear a wool long sleeved shirt to bed. However my biological clock revs my temperature up around 5 am, so at that time I would start sweating. While wool wicks moisture away, it’s difficult when you are under lots of covers! I would wake up with a damp shirt some days.
