“I have a sleep shirt in balance which I love, but it can get a little cold on the arms and legs, so I just bought a beautiful blue long sleeve top and long bottoms. Wow- I can put them on at night where I and the room are still quite warm - and be cool. And towards the morning as it gets colder, it keeps me warm. So soft and beautiful. I also have had 2 sets of warm model which is about 34% merino and I basically have lived in them. But at night- when I start sleeping they can be a little warm- I am someone who heats up during the day so therefore the Balance is good. The sizes are a little to the big size, so if you are between sizes, I choose the smaller- It also depends on how tight you want it. I am usually a "small" large and I found that the large was a little too baggy. But no matter what product- I also have a STAY cold, it helps my sleep tremendously and also relaxes my muscles- and leads sweat away from my body. As a neuromuscular patient, I am over the moon with these products... No I am not getting paid to say this- but I probably should! ;-) Just kidding.”
