“Poor Communication
I found the customer service team difficult to reach. My emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally got a response, it lacked clarity and didn’t resolve my issue. The written guidelines on the site did not match the instructions I received, leading to further confusion.”
“This is my second purchase of the same watch. The first one was brought 8 years ago. I absolutely love the look. Unfortunately the internal mechanism of my first was not as enduring in it's quality as I had expected given the class and price of the watch. Despite being very well cared for, after 3 years my first one started to lose time and despite repeated battery changes and quality watch servicing, this issue did not improve. I am hesitant to wear the new one in case this happens again, also but I am hopeful that perhaps a better quality internal mechanism is now in place? If not, could the manufacturer improve the mechanism to be endurable and reliable? Thanks, it is truly a beautiful looking time piece.”
