“I like the watch, I bought it during the holiday deal. but the watch I received it doesn’t work. I adjusted the crown but it never keeps time. I reported this issue to the customer service and asking if it is about the battery. I received the feedback this watch is defective and got suggestions to return and refund instead of get the exchange. Not sure if there are other customers experiencing the same issue.”
