“The watch I received was not the size it was advertised. Before placing the order online I went to DW shop in Menlyn to see the actual watch and the size. Suprisingly when my order was delivered the watch was 36mm instead of 40mm as advertised and confirmed by the store. Nonetheless there is nothing I can do. Regards,”

“Die Uhr an sich ist sehr schön. Leider wurde sie kaputt geliefert und der Reklamationsprozess war ein Graus. Erstes Ticket wurde nie beantwortet. Das zweite erst nach mehreren Tagen, obwohl drin stand innerhalb 24h. Danach wurde eine „Einmalige Ausnahme“ gemacht und mir wurde nach 4 Wochen nach Rücksendung eine neue zugeschickt. Mangelhaft. Ich würde nicht nochmal hier bestellen.”
