“Absolutely love my watch. However the leather strap has given me a bit of truoble. The keeper that is secured on the strap broke not long after I got it. This is the second time this has happened as I bought the same watch 5 years prior from a store in New Zealand. Is there any chance you would please send me a replacement strap free of charge given what has happened. Other than that I just love my watch. Thank you.”
