“Awful customer service!
I got this watch as my birthday gift from my husband but we received it with a scratch on the wristband. Since it was a gift, I opened it at my birthday party and wore it on my hand for 2 minutes. Then I emailed customer service and asked them for an extra wristband. Not only did they not apologize for my damaged product and offer me a free wristband, but also they didn't give me the option to buy a new wristband for it. they said I should buy the whole watch and that I could not return this watch because I had opened it and removed the tag.
It was a few days after the purchase and I explained the situation but they said there was nothing they could do in a rude manner. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service of DW. I suggest buying from other brands that have decent customer service.”
