“The watch did not work when I received it. Very disappointed. Even worse is the Daniel Wellington customer service. Virtually nonexistent despite contacting them many times. I had to do ALL the work to get the defective watch picked up and returned using their preferred and very inefficient courier service. I hold out very little hope of getting a replacement. I've been told they will repair it. I'm not interested on a repaired watch that's never worked.”
