“It arrived without a battery, making it the worst watch I've ever purchased. Taking it off is extremely difficult, and it even came with scratches. When I called customer service, they told me I’d need to fly to Johannesburg to return it. Keep in mind, I don’t live there, and there’s no DW store in my province.”
