“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Daniel Wellington. I ordered four items—two watches and two bracelets—and spent a significant amount of money. One of those items was the Daniel Wellington Petite Sterling Black Silver. While the package arrived quickly, one bracelet was missing and one watch did not work at all. There was no prior email explaining that the bracelet was out of stock; instead, I received an empty box. I had to contact customer service myself, only to be told the bracelet order had been cancelled due to being out of stock. I was not offered the option to have it shipped later, nor did I receive an apology. During my communication with support, they also overlooked my emails about the broken watch, and I had to remind them. Now they are “checking” whether the brand-new watch is under warranty, even though it arrived defective. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Daniel Wellington to friends or family.”
