“Disapppinting. Watch arrived defective. Arms did not move. Supposed to be a gift for my wife for our first wedding anniversary. Was advised to send it back, no update for 10 days after they confirmed it arrived at the warehouse. In the end they refunded me because there was no more stock. They did not ask me for options to change or refund and just refunded me the amount. Terrible service and terrible brand. Do not buy.”
