“It’s not working !!! And i contact to customer service, they gave the answer for a moment after that they didn’t reply me anymore and until now the problems still not finish it yet !! How poor the service . Even now i don’t know what should i do with my broken watch !!! I always buy DW watch every year and more than 1, but with this case i don’t think i want it anymore .. so poor and terrible customer service when you get problem with your products / order.”
