“Extremely terrible. Purchased a watch on the 26/09 and it arrived with a non working battery. DW asked me to send the watch to any watch store to change the battery and they would refund me or they would take the watch, repair or replace it and that process takes up to 3 weeks. Terrible customer service!!! Would not think of buying here again.”
