“Love the fine design, very femine. The rose-gold is very subtle, originally I wanted silver, but the rose-gold really impressed me. The perfect addition of detail to an outfit.

“The watch is beautiful. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. It had the battery changed and took to a watch repair who said it would be $85 to repair. When I try to contact DW for help no one answers the chat, if I get an email reply (once after multiple attempts to contact) I never get a second response after providing the info they request, and the “call us” line goes to Timex, apparently the parent company, who say they cannot help me, only email/chat help is available to DW products. I have been disappointed with this initial experience with the company and the faulty watch.”
