I ordered this watch from Greece on December 1st, 2025. The partner courier company, UPS, which was responsible for delivering the parcel, failed to do so after several inconsistencies and numerous inquiries on my part, despite the fact that the delivery address was changed in the meantime.
Their response was that the delivery area was considered “hard to access,” even though the address was located in the center of Athens. Eventually, the parcel was handed over to another partner courier company, ELTA Courier, on December 20th or 21st, and a new delivery was scheduled for December 23rd.
The delivery never took place due to my absence. When I attempted to collect the parcel in person today (30.12.2025) from the ELTA Courier branch in Syntagma (central Athens), I was informed that the parcel could not be located and that its whereabouts are currently unknown.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any review of the product itself. Although this situation is not your responsibility, I would strongly recommend that you choose your logistics partners more carefully in the future, so that your shipments reach your customers reliably and safely.”
