“1 star because I haven't received my order in 3, almost 4 weeks.
On the payment page, it says free shipping with 2 to 4 business days' delivery.
It took 3 days after purchase before receiving shipping information.
The package traveled to the nearest UPS location in the Netherlands and stayed there for almost 2 weeks. Called UPS and was informed my package was missing an invoice for clearing customs and the package had to be returned. Tried to contact customer support where some nice first line representative replied quickly, but complete silence after that.
I sent another inquiry after a few days of silence and the same story over again.
Waited for a few more days and same story over again. At this point, I almost gave up.
This watch was supposed to be a birthday gift. When checking out on the web page it said 2 to 4 days shipping, and with 15 days before the birthday, I thought this was safe enough.
When the birthday came, the item was still not shipped after being returned to the sender and still no response from Daniel Wellington staff.
My plans then changed for this to be a Christmas gift, and I kindly asked for express delivery, but no confirmation on this.
Now, finally 23 days after purchase, my item has arrived in my country, but Christmas is 2 days away and the estimated delivery on UPS pages say December 29th. I have now left for the holiday and won't return until new year and my girlfriend will receive her Christmas gift more than a week after Christmas. Over 1 month of shipping within Europe.
I will never ever again purchase from Daniel Wellington as their internal routines for customs clearance and shipping are appalling!”
