“I have been a customer for a long time, and this has never happened before. I ordered the watch, and it arrived today. The shipping box was all broken badly. When I opened it, there was the nice dark navy blue DW box. I opened the box and there was no watch in it. I was already going to freak out when I noticed that there was something else in the damaged box. Guess what, it was the watch, covered in white foamy paper and a plastic bag over. I don't know what happened there. Did someone opened my mail? Was that on purpose, I don't know. I thought it looked extremely unprofessional and it showed disrespect towards the customer. The watch is very small but classy looking. I have a different one, that is round, and definitely this is way smaller. I like it though. Please make sure to take care of the packaging. I like the brand but I don't feel I'm being respected as a customer, I will stop buying things.”
