“The very first time I wore the watch, it broke. This wasn’t due to mishandling or rough use—I expected far more durability from a brand like Daniel Wellington. Shocked and disappointed, I immediately contacted customer service, trusting they would resolve the issue promptly.
Now, here we are, approaching February, and I’m still without a replacement. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out and have this resolved, there has been no satisfactory progress. This experience has left me not only frustrated but deeply hurt, as I feel like my trust in the brand has been completely disregarded.
The lack of urgency in addressing such a basic issue, coupled with the time, effort, and emotional energy I’ve had to invest in trying to resolve this, has made this one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.
I regret investing in this brand and will hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the future. I hope no other customer has to go through this frustrating process and urge Daniel Wellington to seriously reevaluate their approach to both quality assurance and customer service.”
