Their courier service partner did not follow my delivery instructions and left the product exposed to extreme heat for many hours. This is completely unacceptable, especially when product quality is at risk.
The customer service team was equally poor. Responses were extremely slow, provided no useful information, and showed no concern for the well-being of the customer. Overall, it felt like they simply didn’t care once the payment was made.
The Australia customer service team was particularly bad, especially Josie, who was completely unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups. The UAE team is way more responsive and helpful, really appreciate that!
