“Was sent a watch with a different strap to what we ordered, it looked cheap. Tried to call and speak to customer services and couldn't get through/no answer. Emailed to explain issue and was just told to use the returns label to send back. No one was really interested in the problem, which was a shame because we liked the watch face it's just that it came with a fabric strap rather than the advertised mesh metal strap.”
