“It came with a bubble wrap and shipping box. Did not even include a watch box? For this price range you should at least have a box. I’m so heavily disappointed!!! This was supposed to be a surprise gift but I was the one surprised when the box was opened.
Imagine this: it’s my boyfriend’s birthday, I planned on surprising him with this gift but I was the one surprised when it was opened!! I was so embarrassed. It was in front of his parents too and all the guests. I cried. I expected much more for this price range.
I reached out to customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. No refund, no return no anything. They gave me a code but no explanation whatsoever what the code is but I guess it is 30% off for the next purchase but do you really think I will purchase from you again? I paid extra fees (20$) to have this shipped right on time and this is what I get!!!!!!
Such an embarrassing thing. I’ve always thought that this was a good brand. Boy I was wrong. The watch is good though my boyfriend loves it (I think he’s just trying to make me feel less embarrassed)
Update: I fought via email and accused them of using chatgpt because it was obvious.
So now they’re offering to accept a return BUT THEY ARE GOING TO DEDUCT SHIPPING? PLUS YOU WANT ME TO RETURN THE BOX WHEN IT DID NOT COME WITH A BOX? YOU WANT THE BUBBLE WRAP?!!??
