If the mechanism remains insecure after following these steps, it may be defective. Since your model (DW00100681) features a 12mm lug width, it is compatible with 12mm interchangeable straps. If you prefer a more tactile fit, you can browse our leather and fabric options—which use a traditional pin-buckle.
