“I ordered the above watch and they delivered a gold ladies watch. Something I didn't order I don't know what to do with. The fact that DW stores in SA do no accept returns for items purchased online frustrates me even more. The process of returning items purchased online is so lengthy and I doubt they are going to give me my money back. Long story short, I will never ever order or buy from DW again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”
