“When I ordered this watch I messed up and wanted the golden one. I contacted you asap and you would not send the one I wanted. When I got the watch the band is way too small. I have a very normal man's wrist...I can hardly get it on. I decided to just keep it rather than go through with the trouble of returning it. I need a longer band...so you sell one that is longer?
I have told oh so many people about you and your wonderful watches and jewelry. I am an ASID Deigner and come in contact with a large group of people who ask me about my DW pieces. Not sure I will continue to "rah rah" you as I have in the past. Makes me very sad.”
