“Delivery went fast and worked well, quality was as good as expected. But the little tool to remove the old and fit the new bracelet to the watch was missing. It was mentioned as part of the delivery in the description and handling advice arrached to the delivery. I used the chat function to get help and was told that'll was NOT attached to the new bracelet, only to the watch when one buys a new one.
This was disappointing, not helpful and I had to buy a tool to get this fixed.”
