“The product itself is perfect, as I expected it. Unfortunately it was small and the return process is rather unpleasant. Daniel Wellington should partner with a different courier coz UPS’s service is very poor. 1st UPS kept giving me an error msg when I tried creating a return ticket. Reported the matter to Daniel Wellington, a return label was emailed to me. I called UPS on the 21st to arrange pick up, arranged but pick up was not done. Then created pick up request online,Parcel was collected on the 23rd but status still says a driver will be allocated to pick. When I track it, it says label created but not yet shipped. Aren’t parcels scanned after pick up. I’m confused”
