My only complaint is the packaging. For a watch this costly and so-called “high-quality”, it was disappointing to receive my boxes not wrapped with extra casing and to protect the items from premature scratching. Moreover, they could’ve easily been tampered with. The watch and bracelet were not wrapped in the protective plastic at all; they were bare inside their boxes.
Please improve. The boxes too should be cased for extra care and security.”
