“On 19th of July I ordered Elan Unity Bracelet (165 mm) and a watch with express delivery (1-2 days). They sent me shorter bracelet (155 mm). I immediately sent an e-mail to Customer Service (with pictures, information about right dimensions and my address) and shipped the wrong bracelet back (following received instruction). After receiving the bracelet, they once again sent the shorter version and they shipped it using wrong address (to another country). I reacted and notified them via e-mail and chat on the website (once again providing right dimensions of bracelet- 165 mm and my address). They didn't send it to me, so after 3 weeks I asked if they can return the money. They didn't do it due to bundle offer, but they also didn't sent me the bracelet. At the moment (after over one month) I don't have a bracelet nor returned money. I am writing e-mails to their Customer Service 2-3 times a week and getting the same response that they are sorry for inconvenience and they will give me 20% discount for future order. I won't place another order in the company that didn't send me my full order nor returned my money.”
