Unfortunately can’t give a zero for this product. The bracelet clasp it way to tight to take off to the point that mine BROKE before I even got to wear it. I tried to get a refund and they refused to give me a refund or a gift card and have stopped replying to my emails. Super disappointed. Pandora would swap anything if there was even a slight problem. I expected more from DW.”

“I ordered the bracelet and a watch as well. I received the watch but the box for the bracelet was empty. I reached out to the company to report that I did not recieve the bracelet but they have yet to offer me refund or resend the bracelet. This is mg first time buying for this company and I have to say, I’m not happy at all !!!”
