“After a few minutes of making the purchase I recognised that the size was bigger, I thought as the order was most probably unfulfilled the customer support will do their job and just change the ring size or just not send it. I didn’t know you have none existing support team which doesn’t work at all, I sent more than 10 emails got totally ignored then a stupid someone who didn’t even check the item in my order brags that my necklace was already shipped and it’s the company’s policy that after your purchase you cannot return or change anything. Hopefully I am aware that most of the retail companies have very flexible and customer friendly policies especially in when a customer writes for an unfulfilled order which was just placed, as I am a customer service manager myself for a few years now. Horrible customer service experience!!! I will never shop from this company again!!!”
