“I received this ring on the 20/10/25 upon realising that it’s big I instantly (same day)requested a return label for purposes of returning same within the prescribed period. I was informed that such services are not available in my regions (South Africa, Mpumalanga , Nelspruit). I kept sending emails requesting a way forward as I really want to return the ring, I was then informed that UPS has been instructed to collect it for purposes of returning it, to date it hasn’t been collected. I’ve sent multiple emails with no success. I am stuck with a big ring that I have no use of. I’ve been purchasing your jewellery for the longest time. I doubt I’ll ever purchase again. Really not happy with the services I recieved.”
