“Bracelet was too small and the quality is not the same as the first I once purchased the make is completely different, I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but I was informed DW online doesn't do exchanges and was advised I'll get a refund but till today 25days later when I requested for the refund option so that I can purchase a bigger size I received no feedback nor any response from the sales representative who was assisting me with my request, i am still waiting and worried that the 30days of their return policy will lapse without getting any response with regards to my refund.”
