“Hugh quality and design as usual! Just like to leave a note, the Carrier Company, UPS, is a mess in Portugal. Mostly of the times they don't send the alert of delivery or they don't send the code. So everytime I've to call them and ask for the status of the delivery.”

I would like to share my disappointment for a gift purchase.
Firstly I purchased an earring, which I thought is sold in pairs - to my surprise of not reading carefully, when it was delivered, it was only one earring.
Due to no exchanges, I realised it was my mistake.
Considering that my daughter has a pair of DW hoops, and the one earring that I ordered - which was beautiful, i see the size and ok, I go ahead and go on to order another pair as the gift.
Wow, was I surprised again - this pair was so tiny, nothing like I expected..it was a gift for a 17 year old and I was most disappointed.
But yet again, because of it being an earring and no exchanges, i had to proceed to give the gift to the teenager.
We recently had also purchased a watch in September for my daughters sweet 16th from the Gateway branch and we have always been happy with our purchases, until now with ordering online - this has been such a costly learning experience for me.”
